If you follow Heritage on Facebook, you already know about our December, 2016 Veterans project: Wreaths Across America. If not, I hope you enjoy the following YouTube video that re-caps the transportation and wreath ceremony.

We donated 1 truck and 2 drivers who traveled 2,691 miles to pick-up and deliver wreaths to the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetary near Chicago, Illinois.
Heritage employees from Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri attended the event with their families to participate in the laying of wreaths on Veterans graves in very cold and icy weather.
Thanks to Charlotte Szymczak for creating the video. Special thanks to employee Greg Cockream for sharing his family story and efforts to make it a special day for all of our participating employees. And HUGE thanks to Matt Wise (our DOT Manager) for connecting Heritage with the WAA organization and heading up this effort!
Talk is already underway to make this an annual community project.
