Cindy Ann Carver in our Benton, AR office. I have worked with Cindy for 20 years, she is a great listener, good problem solver, dependable, trustworthy, and a wonderful friend. Debbie Davis in our Benton, AR office. She is the person I go to for advice on any situation I may be facing, she will tell me the truth and help me figure out the best way to approach things. She is honest, kind, supportive, and a great friend.

Do you have any tips, strategies you’ve employed, or lessons learned throughout your career that you would like to share with aspiring female professionals?

Be present and approachable. Be a continuous learner. Be appreciative of the Team you work with.
