I started 6/12/2017 with previous experience as a CSR (Customer Service Rep)

What is your current position?

ECC Lead (Environmental Customer Coordinator Lead)

Define a great leader—what are some traits you think great leaders possess?

  • Sharing all your knowledge to help others learn and grow.
  • Being a team player and being there for your team in all aspects of the job.
  • The ability to turn information into action.
  • Strong communication skills and building trust
  • And of course having company core values

What is one of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in your career?

Having a co-worker hinder my ability to prosper and move up.

Is there a female mentor or coworker you look up to at Heritage? If so, can you give a few reasons why?

Raven Shyrock – She is amazing at her job and is so down to earth and always willing to help. Stacy Ward – She is Awesome as well, with the knowledge and always willing to help. These two women are just such outstanding professionals, no matter what is going on they are always there to help.

Do you have any tips, strategies you’ve employed, or lessons learned throughout your career that you would like to share with aspiring female professionals?

Always be willing to keep moving forward no matter the obstacle that comes your way with integrity.
