At Heritage Environmental Services, each employee is responsible for following safety rules and regulations, stopping unsafe activities, and supporting an enhanced safety culture. Our Driver Safety Recognition Program empowers our employees out on the road to always prioritize safe driving practices and recognizes those who achieve a superior record of safety.
It is the responsibility of each Heritage employee to not take part in any job or task that cannot be done safely and compliantly. Our Driver Safety Recognition Program helps reinforce this principle, as well as our core value, Safe and Compliant or Not at All. Supported by the Life Saving Rule, Driving, within our 6Safety Program, it is our goal to send everyone home safely at the end of each day.
Beginning in the first quarter of 2024, Heritage Environmental Services drivers may qualify for the Driver Safety Recognition Program by achieving one or more of the following milestones:
